8.1: Ride Booking Workflow

1. The customer opens the app and selects a ride service.
2. Customers enter pickup and drop locations.
3. The system finds nearby available drivers.
4. The driver receives a request and accepts or declines.
5. Ride starts with real-time tracking enabled.
6. Ride completes; fare is automatically calculated including taxes, discounts, and tips.
7. Payment is processed through the chosen method (Cash, Wallet, Card, Online).
8. Customers and drivers can provide ratings and reviews.

8.2: Parcel Booking Workflow

1. The customer selects parcel service and enters pickup & delivery details.
2. Specify package details (single/multiple packages, size, weight).
3. System assigns the nearest available driver for delivery.
4. The driver picks up the parcel and starts delivery with live tracking.
5. OTP verification ensures secure parcel handover.
6. Payment is processed automatically if prepaid, or collected by driver if COD.
7. Delivery completion is recorded; customer and driver can rate the experience.

8.3: Rental Booking Workflow

1. The customer selects rental service and chooses duration or distance.
2. Selects rental package: Half-day, Full-day, or Custom trip.
3. System assigns an available driver and vehicle.
4. Rental starts, live tracking is enabled throughout the rental period.
5. Fare is calculated based on rental duration, distance, and package details.
6. Payment is processed via the chosen method.
7. Customer completes the rental, driver logs trip completion.
8. Customers and drivers can provide ratings and feedback.
